I called K & M not knowing what to expect except that I had a leak. Malon Kincaid came out, gave a thorough inspection, helped me understand my options. Not only was he polite to me, but also the rest of the family. He made the process easy and painless AND we got the ENTIRE house a new roof in under a day. After the recent hail storm tore through Grayson Co. my roof, like everyone's home in the area, was badly damaged. I had never dealt with making a claim for a new roof. Not only did my insurance company send a claims adjuster to promptly inspect the damage but K&M sent Malon Kincaid to give a quote. Malon patiently explained that they routinely work closely with the insurance company which in turn put me at ease. Things worked so smooth with K&M and my insurance company coordinating every thing. My roof and gutters were completed in three days from start to finish. They checked the decking, placed tarps completely around the house to catch nails and debris, and hauled away everything leaving the property pristine. We now have a 30 yr. roof and brand new gutters! Thanks everyone at K&M for doing a beutiful job.
